1. Definitions

3. Scheduling and Appointments

• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. However, unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, prior job complexities, or emergencies) may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamline Plumbing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our Services; (c) your negligence or willful misconduct; or (d) any claims made by third parties arising from your actions or omissions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Before initiating any legal action, you and Streamline Plumbing agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiation.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Streamline Plumbing regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13. Amendments

Streamline Plumbing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes
